2ND TRANSNATIONAL MEETING

DABROWA GORNICZA-POLAND (4TH-7TH MAY 2022) organised by  Zespol Szkolno - Przedszkolny Nr 5 im. Henryka Sienkiewicza w Dabrowie Gorniczej

       Agenda of the meeting:
       Arrival day: 4th of May 2022
        -Arrival to Dabrowa Górnicza . Settling of the visitors in their hotel rooms: Hotel Pogorio Residence.

        -Distribution of the project files, including all the information concerning the meeting,

        a map of the city etc.

        -Brief informative notice of the schedule of the meeting as a whole. Arrangements for their transfer to              the school the following day.

       First day: 5th of May 2022

         07:30 - 08:30-Breakfast at the hotel.

         09:15-Visitors ore picked up from the hotel and are taken to the school.

         10:00- Welcoming of the Visitors: Official Welcome; Speeches of the Headmaster and Czech Coordinator

         11:00-Coffee break

         12:00-Presentation of our school and classrooms, meeting with teachers and students

         13:00-The Coordinators’ meeting: They will evaluate works done so far about the project and obstacles             or problems they came across.

         14: 00-Lunch at school

         15:00-The Coordinators’ meeting: They will talk and discuss about the progress and next steps of the                  project.

         16:00-Cultural Dabrowa Górnicza Tour

         18:00-Time to rest al the hotel

         19:00-Polish Evening: Polish cuisine and tradition

       Second day: 6th of May 2022

         07:30 - 08:15-Breakfast at the hotel.

         8:45-Visitors are picked up from the hotel and are taken to Cracow:

         10: 30-Guided city walk

         12:30-Entrance to the National Museum

         14:00-Lunch time

         15:00-17:00 - Free time

         18:00-Return to Dabrowa Górnicza ( Greek Partners are staying one night inKrakow, because they are                leaving from Krakow)

         20:30-Farewell dinner at the hotel in Dabrowa Górnicza: summing up the main points of TP in Poland in           the hotel conference hall: what has becn dane; the project progress and its next.

         Departure day: 7th of May 2022

        07:30 - 08:30-Breakfast at the hotel

          Departures-Each country leaves at different times.
