     Arrival Day - Wednesday 10th November, 2021
  -Settling of the visitors in their hotel rooms
  -Distribution of the project files, including all the information concerning the meeting, a map of the city etc.
  -Brief informative notice of the schedule of the meeting as a whole
  -Arrangements for their transfer to the school the following day
     
      Day 1 - Thursday 11th November, 2021
  08:00 - Visitors take their breakfast at the hotel.
  09.30 - Visitors are picked up from the hotel and are taken to the school.
  10.00 - Welcoming of the visitors, Official Welcome, Speeches of Headmaster and Czech coordinator
  11.00 - Coffee break
  11.30 - Start of the Project by Czech Coordinator
  12.45 - Lunch
  13.00 - About the project by Czech Coordinator, Presentations by the partners
  17.00 - Time to rest at the hotel or free time

          Day 2 - Friday 12th November, 2021
  08:00 - Visitors take their breakfast at the hotel.
  09.30 - Visitors are picked up from the hotel and are taken to the school.
  10.00 - Visit to 3rd and 4th grades, Presentations
  11:30 - Coffee break
  11:30 - Presentations
  12:30 - Lunch
  13:30 - Cultural İzmir Tour
  17.00 - Time to rest at the hotel or free time
